Suddenly, our cloudy home is saturated with color. As the city is drenched in a rainbow of hues, so this fragrant jam bursts with bright, powerful waves of flavor. Although it is inspired by spring in the Pacific Northwest, it has a wonderful exotic character that is just irresistible.
