Olallieberry Jam

Olallie means ‘berry’ in Chinook jargon, which we suppose makes this Berryberry jam. Who are we to argue? Deep, dark and luxuriously complex, it's perhaps best known to people in the Pacific Northwest in its role as a parent to the more famous Marionberry. We think that this juicy blackberry deserves to star in a jam on its own. A short-seasoned gem, it’s the Olallie-est.

Ingredients: Olallieberries, cane sugar, lemon juice.
